SERVICES: Consultation Packages
Consultation packages available range from single consults for a quick refresher on healthy tidbits to consultation packages for up to three sessions, including email and phone support. You can also select the option to have Heidi create a custom designed menu plan for you and/or your whole family based on your nutritional needs and lifestyle.
During initial consultations Heidi takes the time to understand the variables in your life to ensure success for your customized meal plan. During initial consultations, Heidi will review your intake forms and assess your nutritional, eating and lifestyle habits and provide recommendations based on your specific goals. Heidi understands that switching from bad to better isn’t always easy and meets you and your family at your level helping you to make choices that are sustainable and attainable.
HOME VISITS: For the client looking to make swift changes, Heidi also does home visits (depending on geography) to do what she calls a cupboard/kitchen cleanse! She will systematically go through your pantry, fridge and freezer and determine the health factor in your current food choices, how to make some long lasting lifestyle changes starting with the food you’re eating and how you could be incorporating healthier, more nutrient dense choices into your future menu planning.
GROCERY STORE WALK-THROUGHS: This is another service Heidi provides. Following a brief discussion about what you're currently eating, how you’d like to make some changes, Heidi will point out the elements of creating a perfect nutritious balance whether eating for one or party of 10!
Menu planning is a service unto itself. You will receive a customized, detailed 7-day menu plan for yourself or your family based on your individual needs. Heidi provides you with recipes for all her unique, tried, tested and true nutritious meals and also gives you a host of desert/baked goods with a healthy spin! Heidi also explains some of the nutritional boosters she incorporates into her recipes and their health benefits. Lastly, she offers tips to make this lifestyle change as simple as possible.
