Breakfast in a Glass

 

1 organic apple sliced
3 dates (may be soaked and use water for extra sweetness)
1 frozen banana
5 strawberries
2 TBSP hemp Hearts
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 tsp organic coconut oil
2 cups almond milk

Mix all ingredients in high-speed blender until smooth.

Drink your Greens

 

½ C frozen blueberries

Several stalks frozen kale leaves/stems

1 small handful washed spinach

1 washed, rough cut pear

1 washed rough cut apple

2 pitted medjool dates

1 thumb size piece fresh ginger

3 TBSP flax seeds

3-4 TBSP hemp hearts

1 C coconut water

Mix all ingredients in high-speed blender until smooth.

Strawberry Hemp Smoothie

1 cup water (or coconut water)
1 TBSP virgin, organic, coconut oil
1 thumb sized piece of ginger
1 ripe banana (or 2 pitted medjool dates)
4 heaping Tbsp hemp hearts
14-15 frozen strawberries


Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high until completely smooth. Enjoy immediately.

Tropical Health Smoothie


This smoothie is loaded with fiber, anti-inflammatory properties, protein, iron, potassium, Omega 3, digestive enzymes. It is an amazingly nutritious way to start your day and keep your energy up all day long!

 

1 Banana
1 Handful of Spinach
1-2 Pineapple core
½ Avocado pit*
1-2 Apples
5 dates
1 cup of date water
2 TBSP hemp hearts
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP organic coconut oil
2 cups of ice

Blend for 1 minute or at least until pit has completely blended.
* USE AVOCADO PIT IF USING A VITAMIX BRAND BLENDER!!!

Chocolate Super-Smoothie


Loaded in iron, magnesium, potassium, protein, omega 3′s, fiber and calcium. 
Coconut Oil keeps you satiated for hours. Adapted from www.nourished.ca.

 

1 frozen banana
3 TBS cacao powder (can add cocoa nibs)
3 dates, soaked
1 TBS hemp Seeds
1 TBS Chia Seeds
1 1/2 c organic unsweetened almond milk
1 TSP Coconut Oil
Dash of Cinnamon
1/3 cup frozen Kale

Blend until smooth!
